What is your biggest non-work-related accomplishment?
I struggled to decide between two so they would be reading 85 books in 2020 (thanks covid) and keeping plant clippings alive for over a year. I’m an aspiring plant mom.

New York Times: The Daily and Right Answers Mostly. The Daily is a great way to keep up with current events in a little more detail and Right Answers Mostly is a fun way to learn more about different pop culture and historical events.
If you could force your teammates to do your favorite activity with you, what would it be?
Paddle Boarding – love being on the water and getting a workout in!

Having kind, thoughtful, hilarious kids.

“Who? Weekly”. When I choose a podcast, it’s usually to give my brain a break. This one is hilarious and also keeps me up to date on completely useless celebrity information.
If you could force your teammates to do your favorite activity with you, what would it be?
Skiing during a bluebird day right after a big storm dumps lots of powder. Then apres ski cocktails.

What is your biggest non-work-related accomplishment?
I painted an entire Warhammer 40k army. That’s a lot of tiny models!

My podcast app is filled with various shows about game design, a lifelong passion. I love learning from the insights and experiences of game designers, both digital and analog, and I find tons of parallels between designing games and building web experiences.
If you could force your teammates to do your favorite activity with you, what would it be?
It wouldn’t be the first time I’ve twisted the arms of my fellow team members into starting a tabletop role-playing game with me.

Crows are known to have a mischievous streak, but are also very intelligent and can figure out how to make their own tools! Scientists have compared crows’ intelligence with seven year old children, and I’m at least as smart as a seven year old. #crowfacts
