With 14 new client logos and a doubling of its media spend, Alloy increased its headcount by 20% in 2022 to keep pace with its expansion

Today Alloy, an integrated marketing agency for global tech brands, announced that it has grown 15% year-over-year and doubled its media spend on behalf of clients. The annual momentum comes nine months after Raj Choudhury took the helm as CEO and three months after it rebranded from ARPR to Alloy.

“During our 10th anniversary year, we continued to experience momentum from growth-stage and mid-market software brands that desire fully-integrated and cohesive marketing programs,” said Choudhury. “Our ability to think beyond tomorrow and solve complex problems through the Alloy methodology sets us apart from single-capability agencies and one-size-fits-all firms. We’re different. And we’re proud of that.”

More of Alloy’s 2022 milestones include:

  • Continued to fuel a 5-year CAGR of 19.5%.

  • Onboarded 14 new clients across health IT, cybersecurity, FinTech and enterprise IT and MarTech sectors.

  • Won six national award titles spanning agency and client work, including Best Agency to Work For.

  • Released industry-first research on the IT customer lifecycle via its annual tech marketing data report, entitled State of the Modern Customer Journey.

  • Expanded its New Orleans office footprint by 104% in the popular Warehouse District.

The firm’s success comes amidst challenging times for the marketing industry, with record employee and account turnover impacting business and operations. Alloy, which has emerged as a top-5 ranked agency by PRovoke Media, is proud to end 2022 with an 88% employee retention rate.

“To keep pace with our organizational growth, the Uncommon Crew grew by 20% this year, and 56% of our colleagues received well-deserved promotions,” said Blair Broussard, Alloy’s chief operations and people officer. “From generous health insurance coverage to mentorship/shadow programs to our Alloy Academy – we continue to invest in the careers and lives of each of our employees.”

Alloy is currently hiring for remote as well as Atlanta and New Orleans-based PR and marketing jobs. View open positions. For tech brands ready to invest more in multichannel marketing campaigns in 2023, contact our IT marketing strategists today.
