In the past six months alone, we acquired Hot Sauce, merged with The Partnership, brought Look Listen into the fold, and fully integrated a proprietary AI technology platform and its team into our organization. These moves create a connected ecosystem of expertise, blending talent, creativity, and intelligent systems to deliver results at scale.

Hot Sauce strengthened our platform that actually connects and activates everything, turning strategy and creative into orchestrated, data-driven experiences across channels. The Partnership brought decades of experience in integrated marketing and brand communications, with particular expertise in highly regulated sectors like healthcare and financial services, strengthening Alloy’s ability to deliver end-to-end solutions across strategy, creative, and analytics. Look Listen, known for its award-winning storytelling and creative production, adds deep capabilities in content, design, and digital experience—deepening our ability to deliver innovative, deeply engaging creative within these complex environments where trust, fluency, and operational rigor are essential. The newly integrated AI platform accelerates how ideas move from strategy to execution, combining AI-augmented development, workflow automation, and advanced engineering to help teams work faster without compromising quality or intent. This integration isn’t just about technology, it’s a fundamental evolution of our platform, uniting human insight with intelligent systems to deliver smarter, faster, and more connected solutions for clients.
