Although her creative journey began as a painting major at Savannah College of Art & Design, Sarah quickly discovered graphic design and advertising and was excited about the innovation that lay ahead in the digital space. After college, she interned with Digital@JWT at J. Walter Thompson in New York where she was introduced to building brands and customer-first strategic thinking.
Sarah spent the next 20+ years developing a passion for the art and science of marrying customer empathy with data insights to create experiences users love.
Over the years Sarah has led teams of designers, developers, strategists, content creators, marketers, and analysts to produce award-winning work. She’s helped solve complex digital challenges across a variety of industries such as financial services, healthcare, food and beverage, retail and more. She’s supported brands like Coca-Cola, Boehringer Ingelheim, Georgia Aquarium, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, American Cancer Society, and countless B2B and tech startups in reaching their customers, driving revenue, and building brand loyalty. Sarah has held positions on the agency and client side that gives her a unique perspective on customer, product, and client success, and she’s gained expertise in marketing, e-commerce, mobile app design, product design, brand development, experience strategy, content strategy, SEO, analytics, user experience design and more.
Sarah thrives on embracing the end-to-end customer journey to create big-picture experiences made up of smart, delightful micro-interactions. She especially enjoys working with brands that have vision, and purpose, and are looking to make an impact in their respective spaces and on society through customer satisfaction.
Sarah lives in Decatur, Ga. with her daughter — an aspiring dancer, singer and actress — so she can be found most weekends enjoying a show, making costumes, or sets, or doing theatrical hair and makeup. When she’s not carpooling or being a supportive mom-ager, you’ll find her making art, reading a fantasy novel, watching her favorite sci-fi series, baking, traveling, or spending time with family and friends.
