After her career as a Disney Princess failed, Blair knew she still wanted to do something with the public that could occasionally be paired with a really good glass of red. After grad school and a few other PR gigs that involved lots of coffee talk (literally), she found herself as the first full-time hire of Alloy (formally ARPR) in 2013. Throughout the years, she’s worn dozens of hats – from VP of marketing to practice group lead to new business manager to recruiter, helping to build the integrated marketing agency into one of the fastest-growing technology PR firms in the country and the #1 tech PR firm in the Southeast. She’s been recognized as one of New Orleans CityBusiness’ Women of the Year and the recipient of PRNews’ Movers and Shakers Social Media Award.
As the Chief Operations and People Officer Blair oversees culture curation, talent cultivation as well as team retention and training for the Uncommon Crew through a unique, multi-pronged approach comprised of above-average perks & benefits, professional development opportunities, DEI initiatives and out-of-the-box training mentorship and coaching. This people-first modus operandi has earned the agency a spot on various Best Places to Work lists (10 times – and counting – to be exact). In addition, her other crowns (hats) include overseeing the agency operations and continuing to provide strategic counsel and guidance to support the agency’s growing team.
When she’s not searching for the next nerd, rebel or creative, you can find her getting her passport stamped across the world, playing tourist in her own town or at Disney World to visit Elsa, Cinderella and the gang. You can hear her thoughts on company culture and leadership development as well as life as a country Cajun girl living in the Big Easy via Twitter and LinkedIn
