VP of Growth

Alloy, an award-winning tech PR agency at the epicenter of the future of PR, today announced that it continues to raise the bar for the public relations industry’s client retention in 2019. In conjunction with the agency’s seventh birthday, Alloy is celebrating several two, three and six-year anniversaries among its growth-stage and enterprise portfolio of cybersecurity, cloud, FinTech and HealthIT clients.

Alloy client anniversaries include:

  • IRONSCALES (3 years) – A leading provider of email security technology, helping customers to automatically prevent, detect and respond to phishing attacks.

  • Sovos (3 years) – A leading global provider of software that safeguards businesses from the burden and risk of modern tax. Alloy's relationship with the brand began over five years ago when it was retained by Invoiceware International, which was acquired by Sovos in 2016.

  • Azuga (6 years) – A leading global connected vehicle platform that turns data about vehicles into intelligence that improves operations and safety while reducing costs and risk.

Following a 45% year-over-year revenue increase in 2018, Alloy is poised for another year of double-digital growth led primarily by client renewals and increased scopes of work, along with several net new retainers. So far in 2019, Alloy has increased its billings with 13 clients on either an ongoing or project basis. It has also onboarded seven new clients, including two multi-billion dollar enterprises.

“Alloy's growth can be directly attributed to our unprecedented commitment to client service, which has redefined what clients can and should expect from their tech PR agency,” said Evan Goldberg, the agency’s senior vice president of client service. “Far too often PR agencies large and small have forgotten that they are in the business of three things at once – customer service, strategic advisor and tactical executioner. Such oversight has directly led to the industry’s two decades of declines in both revenue and client retention. While we’ve thoroughly enjoyed bucking this discerning trend, we remain steadfast in our desire to continue to drive change for both our clients and our industry.”

Alloy fills the deep void in tech PR subject matter expertise while also bringing coherence and consistency to the integration of PR, content marketing, social media and demand generation. Through its Panorama Approach, Alloy helps its clients thrive throughout the entire marketing communications lifecycle – from creating brand awareness and buzz from a headline all the way to delivering nurtured, qualified leads to the sales team. As a founder of the future of PR movement, Alloy has established a culture defined by an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, an uncanny commitment to client service, a fervent responsibility to employee satisfaction and the unshakeable ingenuity to push the limits of what a PR firm can achieve.
