Cheers and chatter filled the shuttle as the team boarded one by one, finally all together after over a year. The cheers grew louder once Jhaunae Cephas, the last on board, realized that she’d just been promoted to account manager via a decorated front-row seat. It was a stellar way to kick off our first in-person event since early 2020.
Alloy retreats, which happen in both the summer and winter, serve as internal mini-conferences for the Uncommon Crew. The goals and objectives are always the same - bond, network, reflect, plan and learn...so we can continue to PRopel What’s Possible for our clients, our industry and our top tech PR agency. While there was continuity from years past in our 2021 Mid-Year Retreat programming, it was clear that bonding took precedence over anything else as we excitedly hopped off that shuttle and into the Lodge at Lake Lanier, just north of Atlanta. The itinerary included a pontoon boat scavenger hunt, a guest speaker and so much more.
