Creative Director

Kelly Younger

Our Creative Director, Kelly, has been captivated by the arts and design world since a very young age. As a child, she spent most of her free time with the biggest box of Crayola crayons in hand, always searching for a new surface to leave her creative mark. As she grew older, her passion for art and design only intensified, leading her to pursue a degree in Graphic Design with a minor in Ceramics and Interaction Design from Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, GA.

With a keen eye for detail and a natural ability to bring creativity to life, Kelly made her way to Atlanta where she has been making waves in the design industry for more than a decade. With a wealth of experience on both the in-house and agency sides, Kelly has honed her skills in all things creative and technology and has become a master of her craft. Comfortable with getting in the weeds or staying high level in the strategy of design, user experience, and content worlds, she always has the big picture in mind while maintaining an eye for the smallest details.

Together with her team, Kelly has developed award-winning designs and digital experiences for a variety of clients — ranging from B2B and B2C companies to nonprofits — such as Georgia Aquarium, ParkMobile, CHOA, and Roadie. Throughout her career, she’s focused on creating work that balances immersive storytelling, captivating creative, and results-driven user experiences. With her passion and expertise, Kelly has helped countless clients achieve their goals and leave a lasting impact on their audiences. Kelly’s infectious energy, passion for design, and love for her work have made her an amazing mentor to and advocate for up-and-coming designers, inside and outside of work.

In her free time, Kelly loves interior design and home improvement projects, and is currently working to revitalize the 1920s craftsman bungalow she and her fiancé call home. She also enjoys spending time outdoors camping, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, and cuddling with her giant dog, Moose.
