Converting B2B Buyers and Retaining Customers in Uncertain Times
In January 2023, Alloy conducted a focus group comprised of senior-level IT professionals in order to understand the impacts of today’s global uncertainty on current B2B buying cycles. The participants’ insights point to long sales cycles, budgetary challenges, cybersecurity fears, and more. Combined, they illuminate the need for tech marketers to creatively revise inbound marketing programs, nurture strategies, and customer education tools.
